작동검사-> 진단 -> 기기 전체 올 분해-> 파트별 부품 검사-> 소모품(전해, 마일러 콘덴서 전부 교체) -> 열화된 부품(신호TR, 증폭TR, 정전압IC) 검사후 교체 -> 기판정리 -> 가변저항류 접점부활 -> 기기 내외부 세척 및 방청작업 -> 가조립후 테스트 -> 테스트 통화후 조정 및 계측기로 실측 -> 3~5일 테스트후 출고
