장전(長田) 하남호(河南鎬, 1926~2007) 선생은 전라남도 진도 출신의 서예가로, 한국 서예계의 거목인 소전(小田) 손재형 선생의 제자입니다. 예서와 행서에 특히 뛰어났으며, 국전에서 여러 차례 입선과 특선을 하였고, 국전 초대작가와 심사위원, 한국서가협회 공동회장 등을 역임하였습니다.

장전 하남호 선생은 2007년 10월 4일, 향년 81세로 별세하였습니다.

그의 작품 중에는 팔폭 병풍이 있으며, 이는 여덟 개의 패널로 구성된 전통적인 형태의 병풍으로, 그의 서예 작품이 담겨 있습니다.
