택배 온 상태 그대로 미개봉 새상품이구요. 조카가 직접고른 생일선물이라서 미리 구매해뒀는데 생일 당일에 갑자기 노트북으로 갖고싶다고 마음을 바꿔버리네요.. 판매처에 전화해보니 반품기한이 지났다고 해서 그냥 제가 쓸까했는데 게임이나 영상편집 등을 전혀안하다보니 이정도 사양까지는 필요없어서 미개봉으로 판매합니다..
현시점 다나와에서 동일상품 최저가로 구매해도 60이 넘구요. 최신메인보드 및 DDR5 램이라서 쓰시다가 훗날 더 좋은사양으로 업그레이드 하기에도 좋습니다.

컴퓨터는 가전중에서 비교적 고장이 잘 나는 가전이기 때문에 AS가 매우 중요합니다. 1년간 무상 출장 방문 AS지원이라서 내년 2월 중순까지는 쓰다가 고장나도 전문기사가 직접 방문해서 무상AS를 해준다고 합니다. 그 이후에는 새상품이기 때문에 각 부품별 AS를 받을수있구요. 중고컴 어설픈거 구매하셨다가 고장나서 돈버리고 스트레스받지 마시고 확실한 제품으로 구매하세요. 특성상 환불은 불가합니다.
가린 부분은 택배송장인데 제 와이프 폰번호가 노출되어있어서 거래시 제거하고 드립니다. 택배거래보다는 되도록 만나서 직거래했으면 좋겠습니다.
