다만 이런류의 원단들은 너무 바스락거리는 느낌이 있는데 그러한 느낌을 줄이고,
약간의 고시감을 주기 위해 원단의 뒤쪽에 500데니아의 스퀘어 미터당 중량 48g 심지를 전체 본딩 하였습니다.

"낡아가는 느낌마저 멋있는" 트렌치코트를 만들기 위해서 시접 부분에는
더블스티치 또는 1mm 싱글 스티치를 더해서 여러 번 세탁을 하고 난 뒤에도
데님처럼 자연스러운 빈티지함이 오래오래 소장하실 수 있습니다.

또한 이러한 아이디어에서 착안하여 내구성이 쉽게 떨어질 수 있는 부분엔
고급 데님에서 사용하는 수입 리벳을 차용하여 내구성과 디테일을 동시에 잡았습니다.
