청동으로 제작된 소형의 여래입상으로서 보존상태는 비교적 양호합니다.
복련화문 위에 낮은 불상받침이 있고 그 위에 여래상이 서있습니다.
여래상의 머리는 素髮로서 두건을 쓰고 있는 모습이며 頭頂에는 높게 표현된 육계가 있습니다.

相好는 원만자비한 모습으로 뚜렷한 선각으로 눈썹과 눈을 새기고
양 눈썹의 선에서 이어져 오똑한 코가 표현되었고
입은 작은 편이나 선에서 이어져 오똑한 코가 표현되었고 입은 작은 편이나 미소의 흔적이 있습니다.

양쪽 어깨와 팔끝으로부터 흘러내린 옷주름이 가슴과 복부 이하로 내려오면서
유려하게 U자형을 이루었으며 발등은 노출되었습니다.
현재 부분적으로 녹청색의 녹이 퍼져 있습니다.
